This Cancellation and Refund Policy explains how users can cancel their subscriptions and request refunds. Please read it carefully before subscribing or making a payment.

1. Refund Policy

You are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of your purchase or subscription renewal. To request a refund, please contact us at billing@elevatecv.online with your account details.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

2. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Elevate CV dashboard or by contacting billing@elevatecv.online.

Upon cancellation:

  • Your Premium features remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • After the billing cycle ends, your account reverts to the Free plan.
  • You will retain access to your data unless you choose to delete your account.
  • To avoid renewal charges, please cancel before the next billing date.

3. Subscription Renewal and Billing

All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly).

By subscribing, you authorize Elevate CV to charge the saved payment method for recurring payments.

You can manage or disable auto-renewal anytime in your account settings.

4. Changes to This Policy

We may update or revise this Cancellation and Refund Policy periodically to reflect business, technical, or legal changes.

Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
