Growth Marketing Lead

What you'll do

• Design and run A/B tests on landing pages and ad creatives
• Manage paid acquisition channels (Google Ads, Meta)
• Analyze funnel metrics and optimize conversion rates
• Partner with product to identify and ship growth features

What we're looking for

• 4+ years of growth or performance marketing experience
• Expertise in analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, or Amplitude)
• Hands-on experience with paid media platforms
• Strong analytical and data storytelling skills
